Job description

With continued investment in education, the latest tools and technology, and expert training, we are industry leaders in disaster restoration cleaning and are known for the great care we take with clients and employees alike.   
The Position: We’re looking for a Restoration Technician.  WE PAY FOR YOUR TRAINING! This position is for residential and commercial fire and water clean-up and restoration. Job assignments include but are not limited to specialty mitigation services, light demolition, water extraction, carpet and upholstery cleaning, mold abatement, vandalism clean-up, fire and smoke damage mitigation, content move-outs and pack ins, and content cleaning.   
Starts at $18- 22 per hour and that is negotiable based on experience.

Requirements:   
  •  Good communication skills.   
  •  Valid Drivers License   
  •  Reliable transportation    
  •  Ability to travel out of town   
  •  Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.   
  •  Pass background check and drug screen    
  • Previous restoration experience is a plus. 
Responsibilities:   
  •  Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers.   
  •  Execute all work to meet or exceed applicable federal, state and local regulations and company and customer quality standards while providing world-class customer service.   
  •  Keep a clean and neat jobsite at all times leaving a first-class impression of our work.   
  •  Become proficient in fire and water restoration, as well as mold abatement.   
  •  Respond to water jobs and initiate water mitigation according to IICRC and ServiceMaster standards.   
  •  Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely fashion, above the line, professionally and with empathy including participation in “On-Call rotation” which involves some nights and weekend assignments.   
  •  Perform other duties as required. These duties may include job functions that are outside the scope of normal job duties.
