GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The adjunct instructor will teach approved Fire/Rescue curriculum in the classroom, at outdoor instructional sites, and online, if applicable. The instructor will be responsible for setting up and cleaning up the instructional area. The instructor should evaluate student progress, notify the program coordinator of any issues or concerns, monitor supply levels, notify the program coordinator of any needs, and adhere to all policies and procedures as dictated by SCC
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Appropriate Fire/Rescue certifications and/or instructor qualifications as necessary for a specific topic area.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Fire/Rescue Certification
  • Fire/Rescue Instructor Qualification (as necessary for specific topic area).
