Fire Protection Services, LLC is seeking an Account Expansion Specialist to grow revenue within existing customer accounts. At FPS, strong relationships and exceptional service set us apart. If you enjoy building connections, uncovering opportunities, and collaborating with a high-performing team, we want you on our team.
Job Summary
Drive account growth by engaging existing customers, identifying service opportunities, and expanding account scope. Partner with Sales, Operations, and Service Teams to ensure opportunities are executed efficiently and customers receive exceptional service. Route selling approach visiting 30+ Current customers weekly where upsell there are additional services to be added.
What You'll Do
  • Proactively uncover upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Review accounts, inspections, and compliance needs to identify gaps
  • Educate customers on recommended services and solutions
  • Generate qualified opportunities and coordinate with Sales and Operations
  • Present proposals and follow up to close additional revenue
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales tracking tools
  • Route Selling Approach
