Are you a relationship builder who thrives on creating new business opportunities and helping customers find the right solutions?
James Lane Fire Protection, a Fidelity Company, is looking for a driven Fire Protection Services Sales team member to expand our presence throughout the Wichita Falls market. In this role, you'll develop new customer relationships, grow existing accounts, and promote industry-leading fire protection services that keep businesses and communities safe.

What You Bring to the Table
  • 5+ years of business development, outside sales, or account management experience.
  • Proven success selling commercial service or maintenance agreements.
  • Fire protection industry experience is strongly preferred. Experience in HVAC, mechanical contracting, or construction is also valued.
  • Knowledge of NFPA codes and life safety systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and CRM proficiency.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow revenue within the Fire Protection division.
  • Prospect and secure new commercial customers through networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Build lasting relationships with facility managers, property managers, building owners, contractors, engineers, municipalities, healthcare organizations, schools, and industrial clients.
  • Promote our full range of fire protection services, including inspections, testing, preventive maintenance agreements, repairs, retrofits, upgrades, and new installations.
  • Visit customer sites to identify deficiencies, evaluate needs, and recommend solutions.
  • Prepare proposals and collaborate with estimating and operations teams to deliver customized service offerings.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately manage opportunities within the CRM.
  • Partner closely with operations and service teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to execution.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals with a strong focus on recurring service agreement growth.
