We're seeking a skilled Fire Sprinkler Service Technician to join our team and contribute to the inspection, repairs and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems. If you have a passion for safety and a track record of excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
Job Overview
As a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician, you'll work with our team to inspect and maintain fire sprinkler systems. This role offers the chance to build your skills while helping ensure systems are functioning properly and meeting safety standards in a variety of settings.
Key Responsibilities
Installation and Maintenance
  • Repair, service and maintain fire sprinkler systems based on inspection reports and deficiencies.
  • Perform regular maintenance to ensure system functionality and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues with fire sprinkler components and systems.

Inspection and Testing
  • Conduct inspections and tests to verify system readiness and adherence to safety codes.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs.

Collaboration and Communication
  • Work with project managers, construction professionals, and team members to achieve project goals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Who You Are
We're looking for a motivated and skilled professional with technical expertise and a commitment to excellence.
  • Experienced: Completed apprenticeship or formal training in fire sprinkler system installation.
  • Certified: Relevant certifications, such as NICET, are a plus.
  • Knowledgeable: Strong understanding of fire safety codes and regulations.
  • Problem-Solver: Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Position Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in fire sprinkler system installation, inspection, and maintenance.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical capability to perform job duties, including lifting and climbing.

Your First 90 Days with Us
First 30 Days
  • Participate in orientation and training to learn company protocols, tools, and standards.
  • Shadow senior technicians to understand workflows and gain hands-on experience.
  • Begin assisting with installations and inspections under supervision.

Next 30 Days (60 Days Total)
  • Take ownership of assigned installations and maintenance tasks.
  • Develop confidence in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
  • Build relationships with clients and team members to foster trust and collaboration.

By 90 Days
  • Independently manage installations, inspections, and maintenance with confidence.
  • Identify opportunities for improving processes and efficiency.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to operational strategies.
