Responsibilities:In this role you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel, troubleshooting issues to determine necessary repairs, performing routine maintenance and preventative maintenance programs, and assisting with housekeeping duties as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining the building exterior and responding to work orders and service calls to guest rooms in a timely manner

  • Prior maintenance experience in a brand or luxury hotel environment is ideal, but willing to train the right hospitality professional looking to grow their career.   • Familiar with basic HVAC, plumbing, drywall PTAC units and electrical systems
  • Knowledge of fire protection and life safety systems is also a plus

  • Must be able to lift and move objects 50 lbs up to 100 lbs
  • Schedule flexibility including weekends, and holidays
