Water, Fire, and Mold Restoration Technician

Location: Belmar NJ - Covering PA NJ DE

Responsibilities

  • Respond to emergency water, fire, and mold damage situations.
  • Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, demolition, and cleanup.
  • Set up and monitor restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.).
  • Assist in fire and smoke damage cleanup, including deodorization.
  • Support mold remediation projects as needed.
  • Document job progress with photos and notes in restoration software - Encircle & Xactimate
  • Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and insurance adjusters.
  • Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in clean, working order.
  • Be available for on-call and after-hours emergency response on a rotating schedule.****
  • Effective communication skills NECESSARY****

Qualifications

  • 3+ year experience in water/fire/mold restoration preferred (but we’ll train the right person).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and handle physical tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • IICRC certification (WRT, FSRT, AMRT)
  • Ability to work on call hours
