Job Summary:
Info Way Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying predictive models and AI systems that drive strategic decision-making and innovation across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and deploy machine learning and AI models for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, NLP, or computer vision applications.
• Clean, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify patterns and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to understand requirements and deliver AI-based solutions.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms and tools in deep learning, reinforcement learning, and generative AI.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and model deployment infrastructure (e.g., using MLOps best practices).
• Monitor model performance in production and implement improvements or retraining strategies.
• Document code, methodologies, and research findings clearly and concisely.
• Stay current with industry trends, AI research, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
Required:
