Job Summary:

They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to solve complex business problems through software design and engineering solutions, working closely with finance, operations, and investment teams to enhance internal workflows and reporting systems.
Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain internal and investor-facing applications
• Develop systems that automate financial, operational, and reporting workflows
• Transform spreadsheet-based business processes into scalable software solutions
• Build and maintain integrations between internal and third-party systems
• Develop APIs and services that support critical business operations
• Partner directly with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Participate in application architecture and technical design decisions
• Improve system performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
Qualifications:
Required:
• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience building and maintaining production applications
