About the Role
We are looking for a responsible, results-driven, and highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will take on all sales responsibilities, from greeting and connecting with customers to providing tailored product solutions. You will nurture customer relationships throughout the purchase journey, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build genuine relationships with customers by understanding their needs, offering personalized product recommendations, and creating memorable shopping experiences.
  • Cultivate and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, and custom pieces to effectively communicate features, benefits, and options when presenting merchandise.
  • Guide customers through the selection process to find the perfect jewelry pieces that meet their needs and desires.
  • Provide professional consultations on repair services.
  • Engage with both existing and prospective customers, utilizing company-supported tools to manage customer information and strengthen connections.
  • Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Contribute to store upkeep by performing basic maintenance, merchandising tasks, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
  • Contribute to team sales goals and work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Participate in training and keep up to date with the latest industry trends and products.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to proficiently handle transactions and address customer service concerns with appropriate solutions.

Requirements

Compensation
Total Compensation: $50,000-$100,000+ and UP annually, based on experience, including a combination of base pay and UNCAPPED bonus/commission opportunities. This is an opportunity to earn what you are capable of earning.
Schedule
Flexible hours with part-time and full-time positions available. Weekend and holiday availability required.
