About the Position:

As a Recruiter, you'll be the first connection between talented healthcare professionals and our organization. You'll build relationships with candidates across the Midwest, partner with clinic leaders, represent BST at recruiting events, and help shape the future of our growing organization.

About the Role:

The Recruiter plays a key role in supporting the success of Big Stone Therapies through recruiting efforts:

  • Develop engaging job postings and recruitment marketing campaignsย 
  • Source and connect with prospective candidates through multiple recruiting channelsย 
  • Build and maintain relationships with students, clinical affiliates, and experienced cliniciansย 
  • Coordinate interviews, clinic visits, and candidate experiencesย 
  • Partner with hiring leaders throughout the recruitment processย 
  • Present and negotiate employment offersย 
  • Track recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Requirements
