Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health concerns, forming a clear understanding of their individual needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, adapting strategies to cater to each client’s unique circumstances and preferences.
• Facilitate secure and confidential therapy sessions via virtual platforms, ensuring a safe space for clients to express themselves and explore their concerns.
• Work collaboratively with clients to formulate achievable therapeutic goals, providing ongoing support and adjustment of treatment plans as necessary to promote progress.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A current and valid license in one of the following areas: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish rapport and a supportive therapeutic relationship with clients in a digital setting.
• Proficiency in remote counseling techniques and technology, ensuring an efficient and effective virtual therapy experience.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of clinical experience working with adult, adolescent, or family populations.
• Experience in delivering therapy via telehealth platforms, adapting traditional therapeutic approaches to a virtual format.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
