LC State invites applications for the position of Financial Coordinator in Accounts Payable.Salary and rank based on experience and qualifications: $49,750 - $53,750Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a regionally or nationally accredited college or university.Required Qualifications:Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).Bookkeeping or general office experience.Some knowledge of accounting practices.Experience in financial record keeping, filing, and tracking.Customer service background and good customer service skills.Preferred Qualifications:Background in working with vendor invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments.Working with mid to high-end accounting software.Working with an accounting software that handles medium to high-end volume of transactions.Responsibilities:This position will report to the Financial Manager and is responsible for handling the day-to-day functions and customer service for the accounts payable area using an enterprise accounting system (Ellucian- Colleague) and a purchasing system (Jaggaer).
