Overview

Join the Titan Machinery team as a Service Manager where you will manage the store's service operations and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee all aspects of service operations, ensuring that our dealership meets and exceeds industry standards with a focus on professionalism, safety, and efficiency. 

Responsibilities
  • Financial and Performance Management: Understand key financial drivers, ensure the department meets or exceeds goals, market services to maintain a consistent income stream, and effectively manage workflows, including work schedules, employee schedules, and customer work orders 
  • Customer Interaction and Experience: Handle all customer inquiries and communications, from repair estimates to resolving complaints, and manage the service department's workflow to meet financial and operational goals
  • Documentation and Communication: Supervise and schedule employees, market the service department to ensure a steady workflow, and ensure all service records, work orders, and documentation are maintained accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner
  • Safety and Compliance: Uphold environmental, health, and safety regulations, and ensure all vehicles meet legal requirements

Qualifications

Required: 

  • 2+ years' related experience and/or related military experience, or related education/training (degree, certificate, etc) 
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time and work flexible hours 
  • Ability to effectively lead and manage people
