EFS has an unfailing weekly flow of new prospects that are seeking retirement clarity which is unique to EFS through “The Retirement Factory” our National Radio Show, TV and Referral Programs. We specialize in Wealth Management, Retirement Income Planning, Medicare Planning, Tax Reduction Planning and Legacy Planning for individuals or retirees.

EFS Advisors provide sound professional advice helping clients pursue their financial goals by developing a personalized retirement plan based on the client’s unique financial situation. While in our corporate office each advisor provides value to the clients through their unique strengths. This collaboration creates a level of synergy not found anywhere else.

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
  • Series 65 or Series 66 - Mandatory
  • Health Life Insurance Licenses - Mandatory

Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to help them visualize, timeline and plan out financial goals in discovery conversations
  • Assess clients' assets, liabilities, and overall financial conditions in effort to plan their retirement.
  • ·Conduct meetings, semi-annual reviews to ensure client's needs are being met.
  • Clear daily tasks of tracking and reporting, calls and meet company sales expectations. What you can expect from EFS:

Requirements:

  • Certification or in process of certification in CFP, RICP
  • Ability to work at a high energy level within a team while still delivering quality client experience.
  • Experience in leading client review meetings
  • Experience and ability to bring in new clients after proposals
