Job Description LRS is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, governance, and delivery of complex technology programs that support enterprise business objectives. This individual will play a key role in managing multiple related projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing budgets and timelines, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in program management, stakeholder engagement, project governance, risk management, and technology delivery. This role will collaborate closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and IT leadership to drive successful outcomes and support organizational growth and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage large-scale IT programs consisting of multiple related projects and workstreams.

Establish program governance frameworks, reporting structures, and performance metrics. Define program objectives, scope, budgets, timelines, resource plans, and success criteria. Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, project managers, developers, analysts, architects, QA teams, and vendors.

Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, dependencies, and milestones. Monitor program performance and proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies. Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide status reporting to senior leadership.

Ensure alignment between technology initiatives and business objectives. Manage program budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and financial tracking activities. Drive organizational change management and user adoption efforts associated with program delivery.

Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party service providers involved in program execution. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance standards, and compliance requirements. Resolve escalated project issues and support decision-making across program stakeholders.

Develop and maintain program documentation, communication plans, status reports, and executive presentations. Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices across the project and program management organization. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

7+ years of experience managing technology projects and programs. 3+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale IT programs with multiple concurrent projects. Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder environments.

Experience overseeing budgets, resource planning, forecasting, and financial management activities. Experience managing enterprise technology initiatives involving software development, infrastructure, cloud, data, cybersecurity, or business applications. Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies.

Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. Ability to align technical initiatives with strategic business priorities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP, Agile, Scrum Master, SAFe, or related certifications. Experience leading programs within the financial services, banking, insurance, or wealth management industries.

Experience managing regulatory, compliance, risk management, or digital transformation initiatives. Knowledge of insurance operations, including policy administration, claims processing, underwriting, billing, and customer service platforms. Experience managing enterprise system implementations, platform migrations, and modernization programs.

Experience with cloud transformation initiatives and enterprise application migrations. Experience working with third-party vendors, system integrators, and consulting partners. Familiarity with governance and compliance requirements such as SOX, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, NAIC, state insurance regulations, and cybersecurity standards.

Experience managing Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models. Experience supporting enterprise PMO organizations and portfolio management processes.
