Job description

About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and highly execution-oriented Corporate Real Estate Transaction Program Manager to support a fast-growing tech company. In this role, you will program manage the lifecycle of real estate leasing transactions, from initial market analysis through technical due diligence and executive approvals to lease execution and provide day-to-day support to the transaction team.
What You'll Do:
Program Leadership & Initial Search Strategy
  • Strategic Market Search: Define and prepare project requirement statements and geographic search boundaries.
  • Geospatial Tracking: Track viable options and manage building information using mapping tools and spreadsheets.
  • Market Evaluation: Direct the gathering of local market intelligence reports to identify viable market opportunities.

Market Tours and Technical Due Diligence
  • Market Tour Coordination: Orchestrate property tours for stakeholders and consultants.
  • Site Feasibility: Gather property data points including ingress/egress, power availability, site plans, structural floor plans, critical technical specifications and zoning information.

Deal Underwriting & Negotiating Process
  • Negotiation Process Tracking: Monitor offer letter exchanges through lease execution.
  • Document Management: Organize due diligence and transaction documents.
  • Financial Analysis: Evaluate building options and continuously update financial models across negotiation cycles.

Executive Approval & Transaction Closing
  • Executive Approval Decks: Assist with committee approval decks containing business-critical underwriting, maps and photos, and operational building facts (e.g., square footage, lease commencement dates, technical specifications).
  • Lease Verification: Cross-verify that final agreed business terms are accurately translated into leases.
  • Cross-Functional Governance: Delegate specialized lease clauses to internal stakeholders for their respective reviews.
  • Risk Auditing: Track real-time program milestones and actively flag missing due diligence tasks.

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, preferred. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience, corporate real estate program management or senior transaction advisory experience, preferred.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
  • In-depth capability with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, My Maps), workflow management and messaging tools. MS Office.
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Real Estate Transaction Program Manager position is $75,000 annually or ($36.06 per hour) and the maximum salary for the Real Estate Transaction Program Manager position is $110,000 annually [or $52.89 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
