## Sr. Counsel Transaction AnalystApplylocations: Oklahoma City, Oklahomatime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR771Provide legal representation services in contracts, transactional, corporate, acquisitions, financial, and international areas for American Fidelity Corporation and its affiliated entities.Communicate complex information, both written and oral, to Colleagues at all levels of the Company and affiliates.Research and analyze legal sources and documents to provide legal support services to fellow attorneys, internal clients and outside counsel**Technical Skills and Requirements*** Juris Doctor from accredited law school, licensed Oklahoma Attorney through Oklahoma Supreme Court, active membership in Oklahoma Bar Association and annual compliance with continuing legal education requirements per Oklahoma Bar Association guidelines* Five to seven years’ experience as counsel in practice devoted to sophisticated transactions, contract negotiation and preparation, commercial law, corporate law, insurance product sales/administration and transactional law* Strong oral and written communication skills including outstanding interpersonal and consultative skills* Advanced knowledge of corporate and commercial law* Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced legal research and writing skills, advanced organizational skills and complete knowledge of corporate processes* Superior ability to identify, analyze and address complex legal issues, meet deadlines, work effectively with corporate and non-corporate clients, outside legal counsel and opposing legal counsel* Strong legal drafting skills* Experience in insurance law and/or insurance product sales/administration preferred but not required#LI-TB2#AFC### Our Amenities**Our Home Office in Oklahoma City features numerous onsite amenities and our open work environment helps foster teamwork.
