Application Support / Software Developer
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma (Remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile, proactive Application Support and Software Developer to support a mission-critical web application within a Tier 1 carrier's network advancement program. This role combines hands-on production support with ongoing software development across a complex web application stack. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating without a formal CI/CD pipeline, enjoys solving real-time production issues, and thrives in a hybrid Angular and TypeScript environment for both front-end and back-end work.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide production support for a mission-critical web application, ensuring stability, performance, and rapid issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain front-end and back-end features using TypeScript and Angular (versions 13 and 15).
  • Troubleshoot and optimize database queries using T-SQL across SQL Server environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, diagnose, and resolve application issues.
  • Manage deployments and updates without a formal CI/CD pipeline, using manual or scripted processes.
  • Document technical solutions, support procedures, and enhancement plans.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills:
  • TypeScript proficiency for building scalable, maintainable code.
  • Experience developing and debugging Angular applications across versions 13 and 15.
