**What You'll Do:**
* Collaborate with developers and engineers to support, build, and deliver an extremely critical distributed platform.
* Facilitate technical discussions, driving solutions to meet business needs and align with strategic technology goals.
* Provide hands-on technical mentoring, championing the adoption of AI and cloud best practices across the team.
* Engage with business, technology, and operations support partners to ensure seamless integration and communication.

**What You Bring:**
You must possess a solid technological background to develop modern solutions and engage with Leads and Architects in technological decisions. To be successful in this position, you will understand product/business, technology, infrastructure, and production support requirements.
**Required Qualifications:**
* 6+ years of software development experience on large-scale enterprise platforms.
* 4-6+ years of experience in financial services, particularly with concepts like Margins, Options Expiration, Futures, Violations, and Pledged Asset Loans.
* 5+ years of experience in large/complex projects with multiple dependencies, utilizing Agile (Scrum/Kanban/Scaled Agile) processes for planning, implementation, and support of business application components, including change and release management.
* Bachelor's degree in technology or a related discipline.
* 6+ years of solid development experience in distributed systems and cloud platforms.
* Full Stack Development Experience with Microsoft .NET Framework, C#, and .NET in a Windows data center environment.
* Experience with Angular, RXJS, TypeScript, PrimeNg, and .NET Core.
* Experience with integrating SOAP and REST services.
* Extensive experience working with leading cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
* Knowledge of various database technologies including NoSQL (e.g., Aerospike) and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
* Knowledge of application integration with Business Process Management (BPM) platforms.
* Expertise with enterprise messaging systems (e.g., IBM MQ, Kafka).
* Hands-on expertise with Agentic AI tools and frameworks, and working in an AI-Led Development Lifecycle.
* Experience with Agile development methodology.
* Experience owning and operating multiple instances of a mission-critical service.
* Experience using telemetry and metrics to drive operational excellence.
* Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate successfully with business partners, technology teams, production support, and infrastructure teams.
* Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to identify stakeholders, assess their needs, and manage expectations through effective communication.
* Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with many moving parts and a large variety of responsibilities.
* Self-starter with strong prioritization and multitasking capabilities.
* Demonstrated ability to thrive in a flexible and fast-paced environment, including the ability to think big in a rapidly evolving technology space, and successfully handle ambiguity.
