The Role

Weโ€™re looking for a Full-stack Software Developer who thrives in a modern, AI-enabled development environment. Youโ€™ll work on Qmatic Orchestra, our core platform powering customer journey management globally, with a primary focus on building new features, integrations, and enhancements tailored to our US customers.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Is comfortable working across frontend and backend
  • Actively uses AI tools to accelerate development
  • Enjoys solving complex problems in scalable systems

About the team

The developer will join a globally distributed product and engineering organization. While the core engineering teams remain in Europe, this position acts as the local extension of those teams - collaborating closely with developers across time zones. The role focuses on building USโ€‘specific features, integrations, and applications that address the unique needs of our largest and fastestโ€‘growing market.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of software development experience
  • Fluency in multiple programming languages, primarily Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Vue, Python
  • Experience building scalable systems and APIs
  • Hands-on experience with AI-accelerated development tools
    (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.)
  • Cloud experience (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP acceptable)
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to take the initiative and collaborate across teams
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
