Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Calgary, AB is CAD $80k - CAD $90k/year & benefits (see below).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor'sorMaster'sdegreeinComputerScience,Engineering,orarelatedfield.
  • 7+yearsofexperienceinJavaback-enddevelopment.
  • StrongexpertiseinSpringFramework(SpringBoot,SpringMVC,SpringData,SpringSecurity).
  • ExperiencewithRESTfulAPIs,microservicesarchitecture,andcloudplatforms(AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • StrongunderstandingofSQLandNoSQLdatabases(e.g.,PostgreSQL,MySQL,MongoDB,Redis).
  • FamiliaritywithDocker,Kubernetes,andCI/CDtoolslikeJenkins,GitLab,orGitHubActions.
  • Proficiencywithversioncontrolsystems(Git)andagilemethodologies(Scrum/Kanban).
  • Experiencewithmessagebrokers(e.g.,Kafka,RabbitMQ)isaplus.
  • Excellentanalytical,problem-solving,andcommunicationskills.
