Working directly alongside senior developers and enterprise architects, this early-career role offers hands-on exposure to enterprise integration patterns, modern backend development, and cloud-ready architectures.This role is ideal for an intellectually curious entry-level developer with strong C# fundamentals who wants to build a career in backend engineering while learning modern microservices, containerized deployments, and AI-assisted development workflows.ย Location & ScheduleThis is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The role may be performed onsite at our Hastings, Michigan headquarters or in a hybrid arrangement. We will also consider remote candidates who reside in one of our operating states: Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, or Wisconsin.What You'll Do
  • Build & Maintain | Assist in writing, testing, and supporting maintainable backend services, REST APIs, and integration workflows connecting core P&C applications.
  • Troubleshoot & Resolve | Help investigate, debug, and resolve issue reports across deployed integration services to ensure system reliability and data integrity.
