Job Summary:
MDAEdge is a company that focuses on delivering financial software solutions, and they are seeking a Senior Financial Software Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for determining customer needs, designing and developing software solutions, and implementing new technologies while collaborating with your team.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Independently determine the needs of the customer and create solution frameworks.
โ€ข Design and develop moderately complex software solutions to meet needs.
โ€ข Use a process-driven approach in designing and developing solutions.
โ€ข Implement new software technology and coordinate end-to-end tasks across the team.
โ€ข May maintain or oversee the maintenance of existing software.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 2+ years' experience designing, building, testing and deploying Workday Integration solutions using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Workday Studio
โ€ข Ability to help resolve integration issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday solution
โ€ข Experience with Workday implementation and/or post-production support including Studio Integrations and Prism Analytics
โ€ข Excellent problem-solving skills and strong verbal & written communication skills
โ€ข Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
โ€ข Programming including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languages
โ€ข Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
โ€ข Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.
Preferred:
โ€ข Bachelor degree or equivalent
โ€ข Experience with Workday Financials, specifically on Accounting Center component.
โ€ข Experience in Workday API framework for data loads
โ€ข Experience developing Workday Prism Analytics pipelines
โ€ข Understanding of Workday Security
โ€ข Workday Financial Management Integration experience
