POSITION: Financial Sales Associate (FSA)

INDUSTRY: Financial Services


ROLE OVERVIEW

Delibert Employment Solutions is partnered with a financial-services client seeking a proactive and client-focused Financial Sales Associate to provide day-to-day support to a Financial Advisor's book of business. The FSA plays an important role in servicing and maintaining client accounts, preparing communications, processing client requests, maintaining records, supporting meetings, and helping ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent communication, attention to detail, organization, professionalism, and a strong commitment to client service.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Service and maintain client accounts; ensure client information is accurate and current.
  • - Assist clients with account-opening procedures and ensure required documentation is properly completed.
  • - Prepare and send professional client communications; answer client calls and address questions or concerns.
  • - Proactively assist with resolving client issues and maintain client relationships through regular communication.
  • - Provide appropriate account information to clients; take and place customer orders in brokerage and advisory accounts.
  • - Maintain an accurate and organized client database.
  • - Assist with preparation for client annual reviews and gather documents and information needed for meetings.
  • - Follow applicable industry rules, regulations and firm policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • - Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal/client-service skills.
  • - Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively.
  • - Financial-services experience is preferred but is not automatically required.
  • - Experience with financial software or related tools is a plus.
