Job description

Financial Sales Representative
Lincoln, Nebraska, USA
Currency is dedicated to disrupting e-commerce by designing financial technology that unlocks the free flow of capital and opportunity for our customers. We are looking for motivated and passionate individuals looking to disrupt the fintech industry and have some fun doing it. This is a full-time direct hire position, with a 4.5 day work week, lucrative commission opportunities, full benefits package, paid time off, and more.
The Sales team is responsible for growing Currency's volume through the sale of Currency's products. You will focus on creating long-term value by helping equipment sellers leverage our platform to sell more equipment and by helping borrowers/buyers easily determine what type of equipment they want to buy and how they want to pay.
Day to day, you will be focused on identifying new customers, finding new revenue opportunities, and providing feedback internally to help optimize current products. You will be the primary point of contact for the customer and will take them from the initial contact all of the way thru the completed loan process. You will use Sandhills systems and processes to walk thru the loan process with the customer. With our advanced technology, this helps our sales representatives provide a seamless experience for our customers. This is a full-time, in-office position with a starting base pay of $50,000 plus commission, which results in an average first year pay of $80,000 or more. There is no cap to commissions, and experienced reps can see $125,000 to $180,000+ in annual pay. As our company grows, so does the commission potential.

Duties/ Responsibilities/Requirements
• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
• Travel required - trips 2-3 times per year maximum
• Achieve objectives through effective planning, goal setting and projecting future performance
• Outreach to the prospective customers via phone and email to assist in completing financial transactions
• Move customer thru loan process using Sandhills systems and processes to achieve funding.
• Work effectively with our internal teams to structure the best possible offer for applicants
• Serve as our customers' primary point of contact and establish long lasting relationships with applicants as well as sellers of equipment
• Drive more leads on our platform through your relationship with vendors and sellers of equipment
• Achieve close % targets by generating approvals and obtaining signed contracts from our applicants.
• In Office Position. 4.5 day regular work week. Ability to commute daily to local office is required.

Qualifications
