Standard Job Description The Aeronautics Controller team is seeking a Finance Manager to join the Enterprise Affordability and Business Operations Team to lead the 1LMX Program Finance Team. This Manager will be responsible for providing financial support to the Aeronautics Digitial Transformation Organization Program Management Team for the 1LMX projects as well as adjacent digital transformation initiatives. In addition to leading the aforementioned activities, this individual will be responsible for partnering and coordination with DTO PM team, Program Planning, Project Leads/CAMs, and the Corporate 1LMX team.

Key responsibilities include: Management of the technical scope, cost, schedule, and risk & opportunity process for the Aeronautics 1LMX program alongside the 1LMX PMO team Driving monthly business rhythm for the Aeronautics 1LMX project; ensuring timely and accurate EAC's while delivering financial insights to key stakeholders Ensuring the business rhythm for 1LMX support Aeronautics Forward Pricing, Key Investments, and Financial Planning processes Presenting key financial information for 1LMX to executive leadership across Aero and CHQ In addition to having strong financial acumen, the position requires a people oriented leader that can attract, engage, motivate, and develop F&BO talent within the organization. The ideal candidate should demonstrate Full Spectrum Leadership behaviors and perform to the highest ethical standards. The F&BO team is a critical support function and is integrated into every part of the business.

This leader will be instrumental in shaping the culture of the team and should be passionate about talent management. ***Minimal work related travel may be required.*** Manages those that perform one or more multiple financial activities within various finance job functions (FP&A, Overhead, Program Finance, Accounting, Controller, etc.). Will include some or all of the responsibilities as defined

Performs financial analysis, establishes performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment and development of mitigation plans. Integrates information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate the data forensics into actionable business solution recommendations. Timely and accurately consolidates financial results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, ROIC, Overhead, Discretionary Funding) and monthly, quarterly and year end reporting to internal and external customers to include government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting.

Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions. Maintains applicable internal and external (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) policy, procedure, and controls for compliance to support internal process and external regulatory requirements.

Provides subject matter expertise support to proposal development, basis of estimate and negotiations, as required. Basic Qualifications Experience in Program Finance or equivalent Experience working across multiple functions or Business Area/Lines of Business Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, business, or a related field Desired Skills Experience interacting with executive leadership, cross-functional peers, coworkers, and broader company personnel as a lead financial POC while working in a "team" environment Proven finance manager with experience in managing complex programs and experience in developing and/or reviewing cost estimates Ability to work across organizational boundaries to ensure that program and company goals are achieved Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and quality of work Pay Information GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.

Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $137100.00 - $254700.00 Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc. Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $123400.00 - $229200.00 Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc. Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $109700.00 - $203700.00 Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc
