Project Manager - $130K + Full Family Medical
Hawaii Works, Inc. | Honolulu, HI
We are a general contractor that specializes in concrete & site work. Our team members take great pride in the work we do. We work in an exciting, high-performance culture and we are seeking a full time project manager to join our team!

Pay & Schedule:

  • $130,000 per year
  • Weekly Pay
  • Monday to Friday, 7:00AM - 4:00PM

What You'll Do:

  • Lead project kickoff
  • Review and understand contract requirements
  • Monitor budget vs. actual weekly
  • Approve subcontractor invoices
  • Approve overtime per company policy
  • Communicate delays formally to owner
  • Conduct financial risk reviews
  • Escalate major risks to Integrator

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficient in using a computer and the below-listed programs:

    • Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel, etc.)

    • Bluebeam

  • Must have strong organization and time management skills

  • Ability to multi-task under time constraints and work effectively as a team player

  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance

  • Tactful, professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with subcontractors, employees, vendors, and others

  • Read and understand plans and specs

  • Ability to encourage and motivate your construction team

  • Government Construction experience is a plus

  • Construction Project Management experience required
