Reports to: Director of People and Culture / Administrative Team
Schedule: Minimum 3 days per week onsite, additional hours to be discussed

Position Overview
This internship supports the day-to-day administrative & operations team and in office experience initiatives across the organization.
The role works closely with leadership and team members to help ensure smooth execution of internal processes and initiatives. It's designed for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Team Experience Support
  • Assist in preparing onboarding materials and training resources
  • Support new hire logistics by prepare office space, materials, and setup to create a welcoming and organized onboarding experience

Internal Events & Culture Initiatives
  • Support planning and execution of internal events and team initiatives
  • Assist with logistics including scheduling, materials, vendor coordination, and setup
  • Help ensure events are organized, timely, and aligned with team experience goals

Office Operations Support
  • Assist in drafting, formatting, and updating SOPs and other documentation using internal templates
  • Contribute to ongoing operational improvements and process consistency
  • Provide front desk coverage on an as-needed basis (greeting guests, answering phones, directing inquiries)
  • Assist with general office organization and upkeep to maintain a professional and welcoming environment

Cross-Functional Exposure
  • Provide support to multiple departments as needed to assist with operational execution
  • Gain exposure to how different areas of the business collaborate and function
