About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Financial Modeling Intern for a challenging experience-based internship to contribute to an innovative and groundbreaking project in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Are you passionate about finance and looking to make your mark in the industry? Join our dynamic team as we push the boundaries and create a game changer in the world of AI. You will have the unique opportunity to participate in a fully immersive internship where you will develop and refine financial models that drive key business decisions. This is designed largely as a remote placement but can also be a hybrid internship (Chicago or Toronto). In this engagement/applied learning internship, you'll gain unparalleled experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment, directly interfacing with senior management and contributing to transformative financial strategies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business planning, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
  • Analyze financial data and create projections for various business scenarios.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and validate assumptions used in financial models.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate the financial performance of existing projects and investments, providing insights into profitability and risk.
  • Assist in the development of valuation models for potential investments and M&A activities.

About You:

  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master's level program in fields such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master's program enrollment or completion is mandatory.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling techniques and tools, including Excel and financial software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient communication in English (both verbal and written) is required.

  4. Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
  5. Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about Vosyn, our projects, and what to expect during the internship. After this session, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in if you believe that this internship is for you.
