What will I Do?
You will work in an excellent new ballpark, with a great team, creating lasting memories for our guests and fans. The Marketing Intern is a dynamic contributor to our brand's presence. They play a key role in overall marketing efforts, working directly with the Marketing Manager to drive attendance and ensure every fan enjoys a memorable experience at the ballpark
The position will:
  • Protect the moral, legal, and financial assets and wellbeing of the company.
  • Exemplify the company values of Stewardship, Integrity, Hard Work, and Service
  • Strive to achieve the company's mission of Enriching Lives and the company's vision of being the best place in town to work and do business
  • Organize Homestand recaps by summarizing marketing efforts
  • Write broadcast descriptions to be used for game broadcasts
  • Coordinate photo shoots among both the internal and third party (Team Store, Food & Beverage) teams
  • Manage the design and placement of posters throughout the ballpark.
  • Find creative ways to market and execute theme nights
  • Help with in-game marketing strategy; provide input on all aspects of promotions from what we promote, where we promote it, and how we reach fans
  • Assist with seasonal campaigns and unique brand activation
  • Help with Sponsored Content from various Bees sponsors.
  • Be a student, be a teacher, be a leader
  • Be a good teammate, contribute positively to a winning culture, and be respectful
  • Other duties as assigned
What are the requirements of the Job?
We want to give our guests the best sporting experience possible. To do this, our jobs demand reliability, positivity, and hard work. We believe you have what it takes to make a great impact!
  • Seeking a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years Marketing or related experience
  • Demonstrated success in developing sound marketing plans and strategies
  • Flexibility in work hours, including availability for some nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Professional attitude and ability to receive direction and feedback from various sources.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with relevant marketing tools and software applications
  • Skilled problem analysis, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Performance oriented and strategic thinking
  • Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments and align with organizational goals.
  • Passion for sports industry, game day presentation and enhancing overall fan experience.
  • Attend a minimum of 85% of Bees home games. (Can't miss more than 12 games)

What is the wage?
The position pays $15/hour.

This is a seasonal (May - September) Part-time (approx. 20 hr/week) position.
