About the Position: This Supervisory Financial Management Officer is located at U.S. Army Operational Evaluation Command with duty location of Fort Hood, TX. (merit)Qualifications:

In order to qualify, you must meet the Specialized Experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Additional information about transcripts is in this document.
Specialized Experience: Have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13/NH-03 level in the Federal service which includes: 1.) Directing a large-scale financial management or resource program (exceeding tens of millions of dollars) encompassing multiple appropriations and complex fund execution, and; 2.) Overseeing automated enterprise resource systems (e.g., ERP systems like GFEBS or equivalent DoD financial systems, AI), and; 3.) Supervising professional staff, managing performance, and directing a comprehensive human capital program.
You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
