What We're Looking For

Cross River's Cafe Manager's primary responsibility will be the operations and daily activities of the Cafe's food and drink services. He/she possesses amazing interpersonal communication skills, is highly organized, and manages their time efficiently. He/she should have prior experience thriving in a services capacity in an office environment.

In this role, you will ensure a smooth flow of daily food operations, ensuring the Cafe is always stocked with the necessary materials. The Cafe Manager will work directly with vendors to ensure all products are ordered, invoiced, and received in a timely, cost-efficient, and organized manner, while simultaneously managing and maintaining the Cafe. 

The Cafe Manager at Cross River is always ahead of the game, anticipating the next task and adequately prepared to handle anything thrown their way. This role contains a little of everything, providing an unparalleled experience to the behind the scenes of an ever growing, close knit, highly successful company.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and order River Cafe supplies
  • Manage all Cafe food orders/deliveries
  • Manage the budgets for the Cafe food services and catering
  • Follow all food safety regulations
  • Create menus and variety for employees
  • Oversee long term strategies for internal food services and catering
  • Assist in off-site company events and services
  • Ad-hoc duties as needed

Qualifications:

This person should have at least three years of commercial food service management and hospitality experience, a high school diploma, and excellent communication skills.
