This senior position calls for technical expertise, strong business process awareness in Finance, SCM, and EAM, and the ability to guide the team in leveraging advanced data governance and integration tools. The successful candidate will ensure that all technology and resource selections align with and enhance OPG's broader data architecture and analytics ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities Shape and deliver the data migration strategy for a variety of enterprise projects (ERP, cloud, analytics, regulatory, and business platform migrations), ensuring early assessment, scope definition, and interdependency mapping. Partner with business data owners and SMEs to establish clear data stewardship, sign-off processes, and ongoing quality monitoring.

Coordinate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant data movement across on-premise and cloud environments. Develop and manage dashboards and reports that provide transparency on migration progress, data quality metrics, and readiness for go-live. Work closely with system integrators, legacy system teams, and platform architects to align data migration, cutover, and fallback strategies with OPG's overall enterprise data landscape.

Solution Architecture & Configuration Ensure migration and integration architectures are designed to work seamlessly with OPG's data governance and analytics strategies, including Data Lake environments and Collibra-based governance. Validate that ERP connectors and supporting tools are configured to maximize data extraction, lineage tracking, and auditability across all platforms.
