Job description

About the role

The Associate Customer Executive (ACE) is responsible assisting in the delivery of all products and services to customer specifications and meeting the contractual service level agreements (SLA) with the customer. The ACE communicates regularly with Inside Sales Managers, Customer Executives, Sr. Customer Executives and Partner Management, to assist with open requests, open quotes, escalated orders, and on-going projects. This position is an office-based position. 


What you'll be doing

  • Partners with team members to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Computacenter values. 
  • Collaborates with Inside Sales management and team members as well as other cross functional teams on an as needed basis regarding customer projects and orders. 
  • Uses Computacenter systems and process to enter and track orders. 
  • Provides regular data and timeline updates to Inside Sales Management. 
  • Assists in providing status reports to Account managers, project teams, and Partner Management. 
  • Follows defined processes and procedures to assist in the coordination and execution of open requests, open quotes, open purchase orders, and escalated orders. 
  • Assists in entering and managing open opportunities within team and follows up directly with Customer Executives and Inside Sales management.
  •  Coordinates with Customer Executives in creating and maintaining a database of historical deals, pricing, and technology preferences across the customer base.
  •  Conducts general administrative duties as necessary. 
  • Embraces and supports Computacenter 's mission and core values.

What you have

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States. 
  • Customer focused.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, time-management, organizational, and prioritizing skills. 
  • Self-starter able to work both independently and collaboratively with others to accomplish goals.
  • Prefer a strong working knowledge of computer system applications (e.g.: Windows, Microsoft Office).
