About the role
At Clicklease, we're passionate about helping small businesses access the equipment financing they need to grow and succeed. As a Risk Analyst, you'll support data-driven decision-making by analyzing portfolio performance, identifying trends, and helping monitor credit risk across our lease portfolio. Working closely with teams across Risk, Finance, Data Science, Product, and Operations, you'll gain hands-on experience with financial analytics, reporting, and risk management while contributing to meaningful business outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is curious, analytical, and eager to develop expertise in fintech, lending, and portfolio analytics.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Support the monitoring and analysis of lease portfolio performance and credit risk trends.
  • Prepare recurring reports and dashboards that track portfolio health and key risk metrics.
  • Assist with data analysis to identify opportunities for improving portfolio performance and risk management.
  • Help maintain and validate risk models, reporting tools, and analytical processes.
  • Investigate portfolio performance trends and escalate potential risks to senior team members.
  • Participate in portfolio reviews and assist with risk assessments and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and support business initiatives.
  • Document findings, recommendations, and process improvements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, lending practices, and regulatory requirements.
What You Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in financial analysis, credit analysis, risk management, portfolio analytics, or a related field.
  • Basic to intermediate SQL skills and strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
