Position Description
ENSCO is seeking an Senior Project Analyst to support Spaceforce Ground System prototype programs. The role integrates financial management, cost and schedule performance, staffing, funding, and technical progress for rapid-acquisition, pre-prototype, prototype, integration, test, and transition activities.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, spend plans, burn-rate analyses, EACs, ETCs, and funding projections.
• Track labor, staffing, travel, material, ODCs, subcontracts, commitments, actual costs, and funded/unfunded requirements.
• Develop and maintain the IMS, WBS, logic ties, milestones, resource loading, dependencies, and critical path.
• Integrate cost, schedule, staffing, and technical status; perform EVMS and variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Support baseline reviews, change control, monthly reviews, customer reporting, funding actions, and task-order planning.
• Maintain audit-ready data, dashboards, and decision-support products while coordinating across program functions.
Qualifications Required
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Program Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant program finance, program controls, cost analysis, scheduling, or earned-value experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience supporting complex government, aerospace, defense, engineering, or other technical programs.
• POM/FYDP planning, Congressional funding support, PPBE, multi-year funding, or Government financial-reporting experience.
• Experience developing budgets, forecasts, spend plans, EACs/ETCs, funding analyses, and variance explanations.
• Experience developing or maintaining an IMS using WBS, logic ties, milestones, resource loading, and critical-path analysis.
• Working knowledge of EVMS, cost/schedule integration, baseline management, and corrective-action planning.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Project or a comparable scheduling tool.
• Ability to independently maintain accurate program-control products within a part-time schedule and brief senior stakeholders.
• Active Secret security clearance for which you must be a U.S Citizen
Qualifications Desired
• Active Top Secret is highly desired by the customer.
• Control Account Manager experience; participation in Integrated Baseline Reviews; resource-loaded schedule development.
• Deltek Cobra, Winsight, Costpoint, Primavera P6, Power BI, or equivalent program-control tool experience.
• Rapid-acquisition, RDT&E, prototype development, integration, test, or technology-maturation experience.
