Overview of the Assistant Controller role:

  • Assist with month-end close
  • Prepare journal entries, financial reports, and reconciliations
  • Maintain fixed assets
  • Assist with annual audit
  • Provide back up and review of AP and AR

Preferred Qualifications for the Assistant Controller Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2+ years of accounting experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s
  • Quickbooks experience is a PLUS!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $90,000-110,000
