Job description

What you'll do:

We're looking for an innovative and strategic Creator & Influencer Manager to lead our influencer initiatives within the fast-paced fintech industry. You will build a robust influencer program that increases user acquisition and drives trust in our products. This role is ideal for someone who understands the intersection of content, credibility, and compliance in financial services.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and execute scalable influencer marketing strategies aligned with company goals around customer acquisition, engagement, and brand trust
  • Identify, segment, vet, and onboard influencer partners who resonate with the active trader audience across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels
  • Partner with Compliance and Legal to ensure influencer content, disclosures, disclaimers, and financial promotions meet regulatory standards (e.g., NFA, CFTC, FTC)
  • Negotiate campaign terms and compensation that create mutually beneficial relationships
  • Maintain long-term partnerships with brand-aligned influencers and financial content creators
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign management from concept through execution to performance review
  • Collaborate with Product and Growth Marketing to integrate influencer content into broader campaigns
  • Own content scripting and creative direction, providing creators with briefs, talking points, and hands-on support to produce on-brand, compliant content
  • Define, track, and analyze campaign KPIs (acquisition, engagement, conversions, and cost per acquisition), conduct A/B testing, and deliver data-driven recommendations
  • Support international growth by adapting creator strategy to regional audiences, platforms, and compliance requirements

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field
  • 3 to 6+ years of influencer marketing experience, preferably in fintech, trading platforms, or financial apps
  • Strong understanding of the financial content landscape and the importance of trust and compliance in communications
  • Proven success managing influencers in regulated environments
  • Excellent project management and negotiation skills
  • Experience with performance-driven influencer campaigns and conversion tracking
  • Deep, current fluency in creator trends, platform mechanics, and emerging content formats
  • A hands-on operator mindset with the ability to personally source, brief, and manage creators on a day-to-day basis

Bonus points for:

  • Familiarity with compliance standards in financial promotions (e.g., NFA, CFTC, SEC, FTC, FINRA)
  • Experience in the futures industry or another investing category
  • Strong relationships with finance creators and YouTube/TikTok financial influencers
  • Background in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or user acquisition

Compensation:

The salary range for this role will be $95,000.00 - $145,000.00 USD. In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of 10%. Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%).

Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual paid time off allowance accrues at a rate of 18 days per year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays.

This role is based in Chicago, IL. *There may be remote flexibility for exceptional candidates in the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC, Wisconsin.

Hybrid:

For Chicago-based employees, we follow a hybrid work schedule: In-office Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays. In addition to these weekly remote days, we offer:

  • 20 additional flex remote days annually
  • 5 Company Wide Office-Optional weeks tied to major holidays
