Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Primary Skill:Change manager, Service now
Secondary: Communication, Agile
Experience: 10+ years
Location : Newark, DE
Roles & Responsibilities:
o PMP certification strongly preferred
o 10+ years previous experience managing technology projects using SDLC methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall).
o Strong organizational and planning skills. Strong leadership skills to lead project team to deliver the technology solution with quality, on-time, and within budget.
o Strong communication skills to effectively and clearly communicate project status, issues, risks at all levels including key stakeholders and executives. Ability to identify, communicate, and drive critical path activities, dependencies, timelines, and resources.
o Previous experience managing project budget and financials to execute appropriate due diligence and financial management routines to deliver against financial commitments.
o Ability to drive Enterprise Project Standards for planning, executing, and controls and meeting project audit requirements.
o Risk management and ability to identify potential risks and escalate as needed, remove roadblocks to ensure progress.
o Ability to identify all impacted teams, applications, and engage as needed for design, development, testing through to deployment(s). Ability to partner with testing teams to ensure testing timelines and deliverables are met. Ability to identify deployment readiness plans and documentation and ensure deployment timelines and event are coordinated with broader planned release activities and externally impacted application teams.
o Proactive in driving team to achieve commitments and results.
