What You’ll Do
  • Be the first and last impression—greet clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage phone, online, and in-person communication
  • Schedule appointments and keep the daily flow running smoothly
  • Coordinate communication between clients, DVMs, and technical staff
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate with outside clinics/labs
  • Review invoices, process payments, and support prescription fulfillment
  • Keep client-facing areas clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Educate clients on services, products, and pharmacy options
