Position Summary...What you'll do...

The Manager, Finance plays a critical role in driving financial planning and analysis to support strategic business decisions. This position involves preparing detailed financial models, analyzing performance variances, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting. The role requires managing risk controls, enhancing financial transparency, and presenting insights to senior leadership. Additionally, the manager leads and develops finance associates, fosters strong stakeholder relationships, and upholds company policies and ethical standards to support organizational goals and continuous improvement initiatives.


About the team:
The eCommerce Marketplace FP&A team leads financial planning and performance management for Walmart's third-party platform. Collaborating with Marketplace, Merchandising, Operations, Product, and Supply Chain teams, the group evaluates seller performance, optimizes unit economics, and guides strategic investments. The team connects key marketplace growth drivers-such as GMV, take rate, seller onboarding, and fulfillment through Walmart Fulfillment Services-to financial outcomes. Their efforts support profitable growth, enhance seller experience, and strengthen customer value across Walmart's digital ecosystem, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement in a dynamic business environment.
