  • Special Projects:ย Contribute to high-visibility, cross-functional special projects that move the business forward.
  • Strategic Recommendations:ย Contribute to the preparation of recommendations for firmwide investment committee on financing strategies, M&A opportunities, and new investment opportunities.
  • Transaction Execution & Coordination:ย Support deal workstreams from launch through close - including data room management, diligence responses, and documentation coordination - and partner with legal, accounting, energy origination, tax, and corporate development teams to keep assumptions and deliverables aligned, maintaining a financing pipeline view across projects, counterparties, and key milestones.
  • Materials & Documentation:ย Prepare lender presentations, internal decision materials, and committee decks, maintain closing documentation trackers, and support post-close handoff into covenant compliance and bank reporting.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
