    • Gather, organize, and review client financial information
    • Assist with insurance, retirement, investment, and financial-planning analyses
    • Maintain accurate and confidential client records

    • Professional, dependable, ethical, and motivated
    • Comfortable speaking with clients individually and in group settings
    • Able to work full-time in our office
    • Willing to complete additional licensing, training, and continuing-education requirements
    • Proficient with computers, email, Microsoft Office, and client-management systems

    • FINRA registration or progress toward securities licensing
    • Experience working with bilingual or multicultural communities
    • Sales, business-development, or public-speaking experience

FINRA registration is not required at the time of hire. Depending on performance, eligibility, and business needs, the firm may support the selected candidate in pursuing applicable securities licenses.

    What We Offer

    • Direct mentorship from experienced financial professionals
    • Hands-on experience with real client-planning situations
    • Training in insurance, retirement, investments, and comprehensive financial planning
