Job Description

We are seeking an Analyst on our Regional FP&A team for the North America Office portfolio, reporting to the Manager, Finance. This role will be responsible for delivering comprehensive financial forecasts, analyses, and strategic insights to support corporate planning, investment evaluation, and operational decision-making across a diverse portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally while communicating complex financial data in a clear and actionable manner.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparation of annual budgets, discounted cash flows and valuation projections for corporate business plan

  • Assist with monthly and quarterly IFRS financial statement forecasting

  • Assist with preparing quarterly leasing forecast, which includes updates of actual leasing activity, forecasted leasing assumptions, and early tenant expirations

  • Help prepare financial analysis, market analysis and board presentations for management review

  • Work closely with the accounting team during monthly close cycles to ensure accuracy

  • Coordinate with asset management, lease administration, corporate services, marketing, and investor relations

  • Perform ad-hoc projects and financial analysis for management as needed

  • Analyze cash flow projection reports for existing properties

  • Accurately input all data for forecasting and reporting while performing a preliminary self-review

Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred

  • 0-2 years relevant experience in Finance or accounting, ideally in the real estate industry

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel

  • Argus experience a plus

  • Familiarity with Yardi preferred

  • Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to support analysis, reporting, and day-to-day work

  • Ability to quickly learn new analytic and reporting systems

  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving ability

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-motivated and proactive, both with respect to managing workload and own professional development

  • Ability to handle large volume of work; good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work

Annual Base Salary Range: $85,000 - 95,000
