 We are currently seeking a full-time, in office Financial Analyst for our West Jordan, UT location! 


We are looking for a highly analytical and operationally focused Financial Analyst to lead budgeting and financial oversight. This role serves as a key partner, driving financial visibility and operational efficiency.


The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen, operational insight, and cross-functional collaboration skills to support strategic initiatives, budget planning, and process improvements.


Duties Include: 

  • Financial & Budget Oversight
  • Conduct monthly budget reviews and perform variance analysis.
  • Maintain, reconcile, and update budget files and financial reporting tools.
  • Prepare financial and budget reviews for senior and executive leadership.
  • Perform financial analysis for various company initiatives
  • Tax, Compliance, and Administrative Oversight
  • Support business registration, tax management.
  • Resolve sales tax issues and support audit activities.
  • Ensure regulatory and operational compliance across relevant business areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related roles
  • Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis experience.
  • Knowledge of tax compliance and regulatory requirements is helpful.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel and financial reporting tools proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Financial analysis skills
