The Financial Analysts help drive smart, data-informed decisions that power our continued growth. This role will transform complex financial data into actionable insights that support strategic planning, budgeting, and performance optimization.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Perform in-depth financial analysis focused on budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and revenue optimization.

  • Deliver clear, concise financial reports and dashboards that highlight trends, variances, and actionable insights for leadership.

  • Build and maintain robust financial models to assess business scenarios, capital investments, and strategic initiatives.

  • Conduct variance analysis to explain deviations from budgets and forecasts, identifying key business drivers.

  • Partner with internal teams to gather and validate financial data while ensuring alignment across departments.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor benchmarks, and economic indicators to provide context for financial decisions.

  • Monitor and report on KPIs to measure progress toward financial goals and strategic objectives.

  • Support annual budget development, long-range financial planning, and mid-year reforecasts.

  • Collaborate with accounting and audit teams to ensure accurate financial records and regulatory compliance.

  • Stay current on best financial practices, tools, and industry developments to enhance processes and reporting capabilities.

  • Take on special projects and provide ad hoc analysis as requested.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
