The Financial Analyst develops, interprets, and implements financial concepts supporting financial planning and control. The analyst performs technical analysis to evaluate present and future financial performance, prepares budgets and forecasts, and gathers data to support business decisions. This is a development-oriented role where you'll build analytical skills, learn the business drivers, and grow toward owning analyses independently.


  • Support preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans; validate and consolidate planning data.
  • Prepare variance analysis comparing actual results against budget and identify key drivers.
  • Build financial models and analyses supporting operating, capital, and investment decisions.
  • Develop ROI, payback, NPV, and other financial analyses for proposed initiatives.
  • Prepare recurring financial reports and dashboards; summarize findings and recommendations.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close activities including accruals and account analysis.
  • Conduct economic research and analysis on rates of return, depreciation, working capital, and regulatory/reimbursement impacts.
  • Respond to ad hoc analytical requests and support due diligence for acquisitions or new initiatives.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, models).
  • Working knowledge of financial concepts (statements, budgeting, variance analysis).
  • Ability to organize data, meet deadlines, and work with guidance.
