Citizens Capital Markets & Advisory (CM &A) is currently searching for an Equity Capital Markets Analyst. The ECM Analyst will be involved in all facets of Citizens investment banking activities, including supporting private and public equity offerings such as crossover financings, PIPEs, ATMs, CMPOs and Marketed Follow-Ons, IPOs and SPAC financings across a variety of industry groups. The ECM Analyst analysts often work closely with senior investment bankers as well as Citizen's institutional sales force and research team, continually receiving an education in financial analysis, as well as a broad-based exposure to all equity products. This role will be in-person and based in our New York office.
Citizens offers junior professionals the opportunity to work closely with senior bankers and staff and have direct interaction with current and prospective clients within Citizen's coverage universe.
Primary responsibilities include
  • Financial analysis
  • Conducting industry and company-specific research
  • Coordinating various processes involved in a financial or sale
  • Preparing pitch materials
  • Preparing investor targeting materials
  • Preparing client presentations
  • Preparing offering memorandums & proposals
  • Preparing other written materials for client meetings as needed

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
  • Bachelor's degree along with outstanding academic achievement, preferably in fields of finance or economics.
  • U.S. work authorization is required
  • 0-1 years of related work experience
  • Live in, or ability to relocate to, New York
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong leadership and team working skills
  • Superior work ethic

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $110,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn additional incentive earnings. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
