  • Partner with LMR Supply Chain leaders to review performance, explain variances, and drive cost-optimization strategies.
  • Serve as the primary finance liaison connecting operational teams with central corporate accounting and FP&A.
  • Maintain weekly/monthly executive dashboards and perform targeted financial analyses to evaluate operational investments and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5-10 years in financial analysis, corporate finance, or operational accounting (supply chain/manufacturing finance preferred).
  • Practical working knowledge of General Ledger (GL) accounting, journal entry oversight, and P&L / Balance Sheet management.
  • Advanced MS Excel/Google Sheets proficiency. Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL) is a plus.
  • Ability to connect operational metrics directly to financial outcomes and communicate complex concepts clearly to non-finance partners.

Target Base Salary Range: $135,000 - $140,000 USD
